Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within [7–14 days] of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Certain items (personal care, hygiene products, customized items, sale items) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Contact us  with your order number.
  • We will arrange pickup or provide a return address.
  • Customers may bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective/damaged.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once the product is inspected and approved.
  • Refund will be Credited via original payment method within [7–10 business days].
  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges request should be raised within 7 working days 
Exchange product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days 

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund.
